Our standard engagement models are: Discovery Sprint (2-4 weeks), Focused Implementation (8-16 weeks), and Ongoing Optimization (ongoing partnership). Some organizations complete focused implementations in 8-10 weeks, while others require 16-20 weeks for more complex multi-system integrations. We set clear timelines and manage scope carefully to hit our commitments.

We integrate with enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. We also work with healthcare systems (Epic, Cerner), manufacturing platforms, and custom applications. If we're unfamiliar with a specific system, we learn it—integration patterns are consistent across platforms.

Every AI implementation includes governance frameworks, explainability for decision-critical use cases, and clear accountability. We never request, store, or move sensitive personal data, passwords, or production credentials. This depends on your engagement model. After Focused Implementation, we include a 30-day support period. For Ongoing Optimization partnerships, you get dedicated support with SLAs for different issue types, proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and strategic advisory. Many clients transition to ongoing partnerships after initial projects.

We typically use fixed-price engagements for Discovery Sprints and Focused Implementations, with clearly defined scope and deliverables. For Ongoing Optimization, we structure retainer arrangements. We've also structured outcomes-based pricing for specific initiatives. We'll discuss the best approach for your situation during initial conversations—there's no one-size-fits-all model.

Discovery is a structured 2-4 week engagement where we interview stakeholders (IT, operations, finance, business leaders), map systems and workflows, identify friction points and quick wins, gather requirements, and build a prioritized roadmap with ROI estimates. You get a comprehensive report with findings, recommendations, and a phased implementation plan. Discovery is also the foundation for pricing implementation work.

Our operational headquarters and expertise are based in the United States, and we're positioned for the U.S. mid-market and enterprise market. We have delivered projects internationally in the past, but our primary focus is U.S.-based organizations. If you're outside the U.S., let's discuss whether we're the right fit for your needs.

We maintain transparency throughout every engagement. If challenges emerge, we escalate immediately with options and recommendations—no surprises at the end. We adjust timelines or scope as needed with your agreement. Most issues are resolved within the project framework, but we'll renegotiate terms fairly if scope materially changes.

Change management is built into every engagement, not handled as an afterthought. We work closely with your teams throughout design and implementation, train users comprehensively, monitor adoption, and course-correct if adoption is lagging. We also help you define success metrics and establish governance for ongoing improvements. Technology without adoption doesn't improve operations.
